John B. Meyer is the founder of CounselCore Legal Advisors LLC, offering fractional and interim General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer and Chief Administrative Officer services.

He is a seasoned senior executive, general counsel, and business leader with over 25 years of experience in providing day-to-day legal and business guidance to public and private companies across various industries, including telecommunications, construction, real estate, renewable energy and clean transportation/e-mobility. He is well-versed in the financial aspects of organizations both large and small, and has had direct P&L responsibilities as a core member of senior management teams.

John also brings substantial knowledge and experience in cybersecurity and privacy regulations, policy, and compliance. He holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy from New York University and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) in the United States and EU.
